High Impact High-Fi builds quickly. Starting at your lash roots, sweep the brush upward to see instant volume. Use the brush's precision tip to add definition and coat harder-to-reach corner lashes. Remove with your favorite Clinique eye makeup remover. You may see the fibers as they slip off during removal.
Apply High Impact Mascara starting at lash roots, wiggling brush up to lash tips. Repeat to build. For lower lashes, hold wand vertically. Avoid pumping the brush in the container - this adds air that can dry out mascara. To prevent clumping, let mascara dry between coats. Remove with your favorite Clinique eye makeup remover.
Apply Lash Building Primer generously to lashes in an upward motion. Immediately follow with mascara. Remove with your favorite Clinique makeup remover.

I don't use the primer daily, but have never had a problem when I do. I've used it with both mascaras. I'm on OG with the High Impact mascara, and love the Hi-Fi for when I need more drama. They last long.
Primer makes mascara very clumpy

The primer is terrible! I tried with both types of mascara and equally terrible. Very clumpy lashes. Difficult to remove and I lost a couple lashes trying to Take off even with oils. I contacted customer service to attempt a return but the return policy indicates you must return all items purchased including any promotional freebies you received with your order. Not a very customer friendly policy at all, but the associate I chatted with was Kara, and she was very polite and professional. Just a horrible policy. Please save your money!
