Almost TOO smooth
On the bright side, this eyeliner definitely goes on smoothly, and has intense color. If you like a dark, thick line, you'll love this pencil. The price is also very reasonable. Personally, I prefer to start with a narrow line, and then build toward the outer edge. I wasn't able to control the app...
