Interim Non-Pharmaceutical ADHD Management Supplement!

When KKB announced her new lemme live supplement line, I was in shock that this live had been 5 years in the making. I am an impartial supplement/vitamin taker; I was never against taking them, but, I was also never intrigued enough by a brand to buy a product designed for such use. I closely follow... KKB for the purposes of simply enjoying her content and creative mind (love Poosh!), so when lemme live was announced, I was, for the first time, intrigued enough to try a supplement. I struggle with ADHD (Female, 25) and the medication management of such a diagnosis. While pharmaceutical stimulants such as Adderall or Ritalin do have the desired effect on myself that most adults who are diagnosed with and desire to medicate said ADHD, those drugs can not only get exorbitantly expensive, on top of paying for a psychiatrist to send the prescription in for you; they can have side effects that are short term and long term in effect - meaning if taken for a long enough period of time, certain "side effects" just become part of your physical and physiological being, and that can become a burden to bear when deciding if those effects are worth the cost to benefit ratio outcome. I decided to try lemme Focus because of the time that was backed into creating this line of product, the brand design and marketing strategies (environmentally conscious companies will always receive my support far before a company that adds to our carbon footprint), and the small and simple ingredient list that included a scientifically backed ingredient called Cognizin. I have taken these (2 per day, as recommended) for a week now, and my thoughts in a nutshell are this: we have no cure for these psychological and mental setbacks and disorders that so many adults are being diagnosed with every day. We only have temporary solutions. As a person who's job is to help coach, counsel, and advise individuals struggling with various mental health issues, the main issue including substance abuse and addiction, supplements such as lemme Focus are an incredible idea, and KKB executed it quite well for the first release. It creates a similar stimulation in one's mind that they may feel or remember feeling from pharmaceuticals like Ritalin, etc., without the jitters or the addictive properties at play. They taste absolutely delightful, and you can feel the Cognizin and Lion's Mane working together within the first half hour truly creating a mindset of attentiveness, focus, and concentration, without creating a psychological habitual "need" to take more and more and more, that drugs such as Ritalin create through their chemical makeup, creating the need to make more of the product for the sheer sake of price gouging for the absolutely ridiculous increase in need for their product. This supplement is something I have begun to recommend to my clients with similar needs to my own in the realm of focus and attentiveness, while diverting their attention away for their instinctive desire to try to get a stimulant prescription that often times (8/10) will create an addiction to that substance. Bravo to the lemme live team and to KKB for making a supplement that is more than just a basic addition to our bodies' natural creation of vitamins and supplements, and for realizing this market was missing a creative, healthy, environmentally friendly, and consumer NEED based line of supplements. Couldn't be more happy to take these and recommend them daily. I have already ordered lemme Matcha and am excited to see how to two coincide together. Well done, Kourtney & team!
