Has the perfect amount of hold for my shorter hair. Best stuff I have used. It's been hard to find.

I use it on dry to semi-dry hair. I run my fingers through the top of my head, then palm it along the sides to flatten the sides giving a more tapered look. It works like a charm and holds up pretty well in strong winds. After a good wind throws my hair around, I just use a brush or my fingers to get the look back. The downside is this product leaves a white sticky residue on your hands that you must wash off after application.
