Smells terrible
Maybe I got a bad batch or something but this smells absolutely terrible to me, like plastic. Two of my friends tried it too and agreed. It moisturizes fairly well so no complaints there, but the scent is just awful. It's also awkward to use - the cap twists and then you squeeze the cream out of the hole in the cap. Kind of weird. I won't buy this again. Do yourself a favor and get the Drunk Elephant or the L'Occitane hand cream instead.
Great product but not user friendly packaging
I love the formula for this lotion. I like how hydrating and lightweight it feels on my hands. I love the way it looks too and would def reccomend if it werent for the utility of it. Man is it hard to twist open and get the lotion out. I wish it was a more smoother twist but its like hard and it makes it seem like you have brojen it each time. Once that is fixed this will probaly be my go to but i really dont like that its hard to open.

A little pricey for the small amount so I would only repurchase with a coupon but will definitely buy again. The lid twists to open which isn't the handiest and bottle is substantial so I can see where it would be hard to get apply when the bottle gets low. Even with those small cons, it gets 5 stars!
