Using dry hands, work a generous amount into palms and warm for 8-10 seconds until cleanser transforms into oil phase. Massage onto dry skin to dissolve impurities and add water to emulsify. Rinse thoroughly and follow with second cleanse. Wear SPF during the day. Patch test prior to use is advised.

Love this!
I love this cleanser! It is not as messy as jar balms and better for travel I think. It's amazing at dissolving and my skin - 53 y o and very dry - loves this.

I never write reviews. Ever. I had really high hopes for this product, but every time I use it theres an oily film leftover after I rinse. I love most of the products of this brand, but this is definitely my least favorite. I find you have to work too hard to get the product to turn into an oil and it doesnt do that well at removing makeup compared to other cleansing oils. My face and eyes also stung for a bit after using. Defnite Pass.

Very nice texture and doesn't dry out my mature/sensitive/dry skin. Doesn't remove eye makeup as well as I'd hoped. I'm pretty minimalist and probably won't repurchase, just because it requires a second cleanse to remove all traces of mascara & eyeliner.
Best makeup remover out there
Favorite cleansing balm/oil! I love that I don't have to funk my hands into a tub of product. I will say the texture is a pure preference thing
Do not buy, HARD SKIP
There are so much better cleansing oils and melting balms in the market, whether it is more affordable brands or luxury brands. This texture did not feel like an oil, it feels more like a gel. It was really hard to melt/activate with hands which made it abrasive trying to remove makeup and it didn't even take off all the makeup. Very disappointing
Mediocre product
for the price of this product i would say its not worth it. many oil cleansers ive tried remove makeup just as well and emulsify much better than this product. the gel takes a lot of work to melt it down to an oil in your hands which just makes the whole process that much more effortful and time consuming
