It's made of boar bristle from China. I contacted them to be told this. It indicated it had 'natural' bristle which was misleading. I'm bringing it back. BTW, their customer service was terrible. It took several calls and emails before they contacted me. Not impressed with the company or the ...

HIGHLY recommend!
I absolutely love this brush. The bristles are hard enough to exfoliate properly, but not so hard they hurt! My skin has been soooo soft after using this - I switch off between dry brushing before a shower and using it in the shower. It's the perfect length to reach down my back. Will absolutely buy this one again.
I love using this before I shower!
Because of the long handle, It's super easy to reach my back. I use this a couple of times a week and have found it helps with swelling and bloating.
I would buy this product again.

Moldy after 1 week!
Feels and works great except after just one week it was black with mold. It was hung to dry after every shower.
Disappointed
Really loved this product at first. However, after a few weeks it was covered in mold. Even though we hung it up to try after each use.

What are the brush bristles made from? I bought an expensive loofah on a handle to exfoliate before, only to find out I'm allergic to loofah. It was terrible, covered from head to toe in a nasty, itchy rash. I'm also allergic to aloe, so the word "natural" in the description makes me nervous.I would just go with the mitts but I'm partially paralyzed on my left side, so I have to have something on a stick to reach everything on my body.
