Start with the brush at the base of your lashes and, gently wiggling the wand back and forth, sweep up and through to the lash tips. Hold the brush with the curved side up to coat and load the lashes and the concave side up to curl and lift lashes.

Overall good! Does smug. Does flake.
It definitely lifts but it DOES smug and flake. Also a little goes a long ways so if the applicator has too much on it, it'll cake it on. I have straight eye lashes and this does a good job holding the curl. I didn't use an eye lash curler either.

Crappy product.
This stuff is horrible. After putting it on, 10 mins later it was still not dry and I only put one layer on. My eyelashes were sticking together and I ended up washing it off and using what's left of my other mascara, simply ageless lash plumping, which incidentally you all stopped carrying anywhere...

Nice basic mascara. I feel like it wears well. The mascara does not bother my sensitive eyes. I feel like clean ingredients are key! There is no obnoxious scent and the applicator is easy to use.

I love the way the cover girl 3d mascara made my lashes look. They put body and length into my lashes. There's really no certain technique. Go use, just put it on a nice generous amount, and make your lashes look beautiful. There really isn't a special scent it has at all. The packaging is very nice it came with the perfect shape wand for easy application .

I purchased this 7/21 and used it once without issue. It was a little wet for my liking but overall went on smoothly and with minimal effort I was able to make it work. 24 hours later, I went to use it again and it's sooo clumpy and thick, like it's 6+ months old. I had to manually separate several "clumps" of lashes whereas the initial time I used it I only had one "clump" I needed to separate.
