Gently remove single use spot mask and mesh protective layer on both sides, apply one under each eye. Kick your feet up and relax for 10-20 minutes. Remove mask and discard. No need to rinse your pretty face. Gently pat remaining serum on targeted undereye area.
Precautions: Do not use directly in the eye. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. As with any mask, patch test recommended before use.

So these are nice and so's the price! But- they're not miracle workers. I don't feel that my under eye area really looked brighter or improved, but it felt nice on and that area can always use a little extra love. It's okay, less plastic please

I used this twice and I did feel my under eyes tighten but it kind of felt irritating. I'm going to try the sensitive under eye masks. Also I'm a little bothered because Pacifica markets itself as eco friendly but a lot of the products are individually packaged. Lots of plastic for one under eye mask! Put like 50 in a tub please!

Nice and refreshing under the eyes. I kept mine in the refrigerator and it was cool and refreshing after being out in the heat and having puffiness from allergies.
Burning sensation
I have been keeping these in my fridge waiting for a night to use them. I washed my face like normal and put these on. Within less than a minute, I experienced a burning sensation. It was unbearable so I took them off. I have never really had issues with any skin care product so I wouldn't say I have a skin sensitivity. Not sure what is in them that made me skin burn but definitely won't be trying them again. Honestly, even after taking them off and wiping off any residue, I can still feel the burning feeling.
Burns!! really hurts and falls apart to the touch
Within seconds of putting these eye patches on, my skin began to burn!! I do not have sensitive skin, this was truly awful. Pieces of the fabric peeled apart too. This was a free gift with other Pacifica purchases and I returned every product.
Skin irritation
I love using all things skin care and I especially love using face masks. This was gifted to me and it is the first product I've used that has caused burning and inflammation. I felt a burning sensation immediately after putting on the patches, but I tried waiting to see if it would go away. To say the least, they lasted about 45 seconds on my face.
