Hair and color loss!!
For some frame of reference, I use Redken shampoo and conditioner regularly for my damage hair. I bought this treatment in hopes it would also help especially a alongside the same line of shampoo and conditioner. I put it on my colored hair and the color literally started to drip off into my palms. Additionally, clumps of my hair kept falling out and it was super tangled after using the spray. I would not recommend this product if you have damaged hair.

Great for bleached hair
I have highlighted hair and sometimes use heat which makes my hair get gummy, tangled, and lackluster. Using this a few times adds protein back in and drastically improves the texture of my hair and rebuilds strength. Its a heavy treatment: If you dont have damage and need protein, this will make your hair hard and brittle. Like others have said, its kind of hard to grip the bottle and spray with wet hands, but very easy to use otherwise.

I have been using this spray along w the shampoo and conditioner to this extreme line. My highlighted hair for years was dry and did have some breakage. Once I started this, my hair became strong and didn't break or be frizzed in areas. I highly tell anyone with bleach treated hair…this is a must. I little spray and let it sit about 10/15 minutes and rinse it off before blow drying my hair.
Did absolutely nothing
I was hoping this would help my loose curls tighten back up into ringlets again, but it did nothing. I gave it three tries, using a ton, clarifying first, adding a heat cap... nada. Returning.
