I'd say the product could easily be a 5/5 IF they fix one slight problem that has a big effect. The spoolie and the opening that is intended to scrape off just enough product to be used smoothly and correctly is not a good match. The opening is slightly too big for the spookier. My eyebrows are already naturally shaped so maybe that's why I didn't notice much of difference, I also noticed once the product dries up it getting flecky.

This is the best flexible hold brow gel I've ever used. It keeps my eyebrows in place without leaving them feeling crusty. I prefer the applicator in this brow gel more than others I've tried. The spoolie style really grabs the eyebrow hairs and puts them exactly where you want them. If you have oily skin or live in a humid climate, this may not be the product for you, but if you don't, and you are looking for a natural look with flexible hold, you may have found your new holy grail!
