The older model came with a small attachment for your upper lip. This one does not, but there is a cap that makes it work there. This is the only epilator that works for me. I wish i coukd find one with one big roller, but the brands that make them are no good. This has 3 power settings. I only use the highest one and it doesn't feel fast enough. It does the job though. I only do my underarms and upper lip. I've been epilating for 30 years, so it never hurts. But, these 2 roller models will pinch if you're not careful. This is the only brand I recommend.
