There are different versions of Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion and the descriptions contradict each other even within the same product description. I DON'T want invisible primer. I want OPAQUE MATTE to hide eyelid redness, not transparent, not shimmery.

Distorts Eye Shadow Color
I normally use UD's original primer but my eyelids were getting oily in the corners and my shadow was melting off in those areas, so i thought this matte primer might do the trick. Well, it does keep those areas less oily, HOWEVER it completely distorts my eyeshadow color. My daily is a warm brown smokey eye and using this primer makes my warm brown shadows look like they have a grey undertone. I will be bringing this back since it just makes it look terrible.

I love how it covers and provides a pale beige base for my shadow. It holds the shadow in place really well. It's a little tricky to blend shadow on top of it because it binds to the shadow, but it's not impossible. I may try setting it with powder before applying shadow. Overall I really like it. It's not greasy like some primers I've tried.
