I have been using this for a month now & it's AMAZING. I originally bought this because my skin was BURNING so bad when I put any skincare on, even my spf & moisturiser. Few google searches later I discovered my skin barrier was damaged & everyone said to go get hyaluronic acid to fix it. But when I... went to boots I saw that this was cheaper & had more product than the hyaluronic acid AND it had both ectoin & hyaluronic acid in it, so thought it would be better to get this. I am so glad I did. I thought the hyaluronic acid before & it was normal. Nothing special, just a normal hyaluronic acid but I think the ectoin in this really made the difference. Anyways, I saw results within 2 weeks. Used it day and night, stopped using all other skincare besides moisturiser in this 2w to let my skin heal. And it worked amazing. Redness died down a lot, skin is no longer dry and my face doesn't burn when I apply products anymore. You have to make sure your face is damp when using it so it works better, what I did was when I washed my hands (with hand wash, make sure your hands are always completely clean before skincare) instead Of drying my hands, I wipe them on my face which makes my face damp enough to use the product on top. It works really well & is so much less effort than using a spray bottle & if you were to splash your face with water, it would be too wet for the product to apply the product properly. So that method has been the best for me. For the last 4/5 months I've been using a brightening paste, it's amazing (it's by QS organics), but it would really burn each time I put it on. I thought it meant it was working, it didn't. It was an indication my barrier was messed up but I didn't realise. Anyways a month of using this product and now each time I use this paste, it doesn't burn at all. It's so crazy, I still expect to feel the burning sensation each time I put it on but Alhumdullilah, it doesn't come. My skin 10000% looks more plump and alive. Still have acne, but that's due to hormones but the overall skin looks so much better, got a few compliments too. I'm so glad I didn't read the reviews on TikTok before I bought this as they all seemed very negative but I will continue to buy this & I have already recommended to several other people. Deffo worth the buy & very cheap too Long story short, absolutely amazing product. Very fast results if you're consistent, I did it morning and night & it layers very well with oils, spf, moisturisers, pastes etc. haven't tried it out with make up but I expect it should be okay. Would deffo recommend giving it a go.
