Very similar to Michael Todd's Sonicblend

And this Echo is a whole lot less expensive. But, after comparing the two, I'llstick with the Michael Todd because there is a choice of better quality brush heads--and that makes a difference on my face. But, really, if you are trying one of these "sonic" technology products for the first time--you.... will. be. amazed! But, I also want to say that I am extremely skeptical of the "MicroDust" technology that they mention here...... And "patented"? Okay, but I find that hard to accept, because this works exactly like the Michael Todd Sonicblend, and that product's been around for years. I've been using a Sonicblend--not the Sonicblend Pro--for several years. I like to apply my liquid foundation (Dermablend Flawless Creator) with Sonicblend's No. 8 Flat Top brush head. I like to apply a finishing powder with the longer bristled No. 6 Round Top brush head. Here are my observations on how this Spa Sciences Makeup Brush differs, (other than price, which surely could be the deciding factor): --The biggest issue I have with this Spa Sciences Echo: There is ONLY ONE BRUSH HEAD from which to choose. The one they include with this Echo--and the only one they sell replacements for--is similar to the SonicBlend No. 6 Round Top brush head. Many years ago I tried the several different brush heads from Michael Todd and realized that the flat top does the best job of spreading and blending liquid foundation. The brush head from this Echo does not do a great job of spreading/blending liquid foundation. If you use powder foundation and finishing powder, the Echo's brush head should be adequate. (Their replacement brush heads are less expensive, too.) --Regarding the brush heads: I also think the Echo brush head has less bristles, (the head is less full), and the bristles are more pliable, than the No. 6 Round Top brush head of the Sonicblend. The Echo's bristles are shinier and have a very slight, almost waffle pattern on the bristles. --The Echo is the same shape as the SonicBlend, but it is about a 1/4" longer. --The plastic handle of the Echo is an okay quality, but it only comes in a basic three colors. The SonicBlend uses a high quality plastic (lots of pattern/color choices) that has not shown a scratch for many, many years. Same with the plastic on the brush head. The Echo brush head is black plastic and came with wear scratches that gave it a dull appearance. --Both charge the same way. Both seem to charge at the same speed. Both have the same On/Off and Mode Change button configuration. Both have the same three "speeds". Sound/pitch is different on the two brands. --The SonicBlend brush heads do not fit the Echo. --I've got the SonicBlend, not the SonicBlend Pro. I find my SonicBlend brush heads to last quite a long time--with proper and gentle cleaning, and I stocked up on some extras, too. And the SonicBlend brush heads do not fit the SonicBlend Pro handle. (I think the Pro has more modes, but I'm not positive about that.) UPDATE: If, after reading through this review, you are still unsure about my opinion, maybe read my comment to the Seller, below.
