Step 1: Extend the handle until Back Applicator locks into place.
Step 2: Apply desired amount of Bondi Sands lotion or foam to either side of the back applicator.
Step 3: Start at the center of the back and slowly move outwards using long vertical strokes to ensure a beautiful, streak free tan.

How do you clean this after use? I just bought it at Ulta today, but i havent used it yet. Im thinking you probably could use warm water and a mild soap and let it air dry, but i don't want to ruin it. Thank you!

Why are there 2 different applicators pads? What are the uses for each one? Directions say to use either side but, if there are two different applicator pads they must do different things or have different purposes. Im confused about this.

This is hands down the best tool ever created for self tanning. I always struggle to get my back and always have to get someone else to help me. It's pretty simple to use and it's also great that it comes with 3 replaceable velvet attachments .

Product went on well and the results were fantastic.
Can't rub tan in evenly
I would not recommend this product. It was great as an idea, but unfortunately not in execution. The spongey side of the applicator is way too thin to accommodate the natural curves and indents of a back (or at least my back), which basically resulted in the plastic edges of the sponge streakily rubbing my self tanner around. If they were able to make the applicator longer and thicker it might work, but since they haven't yet, contorting myself with my mitt gives much better results.
