For best results, start with freshly washed hair. Use the Coanda smoothing dryer to take hair from damp to about 80% dry. Use the 1.2" barrel for a defined curl. Use the Firm or Soft smoothing brush to smooth hair if needed before curling. Using high heat and high airflow, allow air to wrap damp hair tress around the barrel. When hair is dry, use a cold shot to set the style. Turn machine off before removing from hair.

Mine died on day 1…TWO MONTHS LATER…no replacement
I bought two Airwraps for my adult daughters. One stopped working mid-style and it never turned back on. It's been 2 months and I haven't received a replacement as promised. I'm so disappointed with the customer service response for a customer who spent this much money.

I expected so much.. and HATE IT.
i treated myself to thug after using my daughter's dyson blowdryer which cut my drying time in half. I figured this would straighten it also. as soon as I got it I was shocked at how heavy it is. to heavy and bulky for travel with the extra box on the cord. but I had high expectations of a salon finish blow out. not only was my hand tired by the time I was finished but it took 5 minutes longer than my conair or instyler and it looked the same. exactly the same.🤣 for this kind of money and more travel weight than 2 current appliances together?? Just no. back it goes. I didn't even try it a second time today. my old dryer is faster and it turns out the same.

Important Warning About Recent Ulta Beauty Deliveries Hello everyone,I wanted to share an experience from yesterday in hopes of helping others avoid the same frustration A very expensive gift the Dyson was ordered from Ulta Beauty was scheduled to be delivered yesterday. Unfortunately, the third-party delivery service Ulta used calle ontrack dropped the package at the wrong house in our neighborhood at 10:30 p.m. After checking the delivery photo, I walked around the area this morning, but was unable to locate any door that matched the picture.I've since learned that this particular delivery partner has a history of misdelivered and missing packages if you go on reddit. people have even had to file police reports in similar situations.If you're expecting a delivery from Ulta in the coming days, especially a high-value or time-sensitive item, I strongly recommend keeping an eye on tracking and being available to receive it in person if possible. Consider selecting in-store pickup when available, or using a different shipping option if offered.I know how disappointing and stressful this can be, especially when the item is a gift or something you've been looking forward to. I just want everyone to be aware so you can take extra precautions.Wishing you all smooth and accurate deliveries.
if you've been thinking about doing it, just do it
as someone who has never been good at doing my own hair, I love this thing. its super easy to use, and its lightweight. It literally makes my hair look 1000x shiner and my hair is virtually not frizzy at all and it actually lasts, I feel like when I used to blow dry my hair my hair would get super dry at the ends and oily at the top but now my hair doesnt get super dry at the ends, im obsessed. Just get it!! (my hair is fine but also semi thick)
Just buy it, it's the last hair tool you'll ever need
I wish I bought this sooner. Yes, it's expensive af, but it's worth every penny. It dries your hair so fast, and the curling attachments are soooo easy to use. After a rough blow dry, which took about 3 minutes, I swapped to the curling barrel, and in another 6 minutes, my hair was done. Insane volume and bounce for how fast it worked. Will be donating all my other hair tools, because this is actually the last one I will ever need. Only "con," which is more of a common sense thing really, is that the attachments can get warm to the touch after use. You can just adjust the temp or give the attachment a second to cool down before swapping for another.
