I bought these at my local Ulta store recently. As I began to use them I noticed that the friction from the filing was beginning to stop. Terrible. Lasts about 1 use per spot on file. Seriously.
I do NOT recommend these!
I used to buy the ones with the hearts on them and they were great! Now they have this new dual pack that is horrible!!! I took them back to the store and they refused to assist me! I called customer service and they refused to help me even thought they were defective! These files do not have enough grit to file one nail! What company doesn't stand behind their own products??? DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Worst file ever
These are the worst files I've ever bought. The grit literally falls off as you file your nails. I got one use out of them. They shouldn't even sell them.
Terrible
I have never left a review of a beauty product before but this nail file requires one: It simply doesn't work. It has been manufactured with a grit that won't file. I am not sure if it is a design or manufacturing error but either way, it isn't worth a discontinued penny because it doesn't work. Zero stars would be more accurate.
