I liked this product, and received it as a promotional free item when I purchased the Color Wow Root Touch Up. A little goes a long way, so be careful not to use to much or it may make your hair feel a bit sticky. When I used the correct amount it made my hair smell wonderful, and feel so so soft!...

not so sure
Each time I use this it feels like I put a thick coat of cream in my hair, leaving it hard and sticky feeling. When I try to comb through it, I can't get though. To comb out I have to get through thick snarls and am causing breakage. Is this how it is supposed to be?

I didn't even use this product. I opened it up and smelled it and I knew I would never put this strong fragrance so close to my nose. It was overpowering - very strong, very perfumy. I could tell immediately this strong smell would give me a headache. I wish companies would stop using strong fragrance like this!

Thick, coarse, wavy, damaged hair
I have very frizzy, thick, coarse and unmanageable hair. It is very hard to style so I bought this hoping that it would bring some life back into my hair and make it a bit more smooth. I wasnt expecting a total transformation but this product did not mix well with my hair. I used 1 pump for my midlemgth/ ends and it made me hair so heavy and it left a thick waxy feelinf residue. I tried other options like not using less, using more, blow drying right aftwe to acticate, air drying, etc. Ive used thia every waah for over a month and I had the same results every time. Im sad because it smells really good and works well for others but not for me. It almost made my texture even worse
