I love the products all of the them only thing I hate is the pumps that don't work and I end up had to use the straw from the pump to get product out and this new bio retinol it is not the exception as only work for the first two pumps and after that nothing comes out of the pump. I feel that I wasted a lot of product since the pump don't work and can't reach to the entire bottle

Love the smell, love that my skin feels hydratedtoo early to tell about firmness but most importantly the PUMP DOES NOT WORK I have taken it out, cleared the tube and reinserted and pumped it many times trying to get the serum our out to no avail its frustrating to use without a pump but Im making do something to keep that in mind when ordering !!
