Apply the eyeliner as close to lashes as possible for a tight line or gradually increase and build-out a dramatic cat-eye or smokey eye makeup look. Use the tip of the pencil to fill in any gaps between lashes to create the look of a full lash line. Blend immediately after application when creating a soft or smokey look since this makeup formula is ultra-waterproof and sets quickly.

I have used the Drama Liqui-Pencil Dramatic Eyeliner for many months and love the way my small eyes look bigger ! It is easy to use and stays all day! I like the way it look on my bottom lashes. I am 70 years old and most people think I am 50. :)

Great pencil cannot sharpen
This is a good eyeliner, goes on smoothly. But I cannot sharpen the pencil. It will not come to a point. Breaks off and the pencil part touches your eyelid and it hurts. I put the pencil in the freezer as someone suggested but that didn't help either. I paid 26.00 for a pencil I cannot use

Lancome eyeliner
I love the matte chocolate color and how smooth this eyeliner goes on. I was able to sharpen without any issue after I set the pencil in my freezer for 15 mins and sharpened it using my Persona sharpener. Would I repurchase this eyeliner? No, there's more cost effective options out there like Urban Decay 24/7 and Persona waterproof eyeliner that apply just as smoothly with great color options. I bought this pencil during one of the 21 days sales at 50% off.
Difficult to sharpen
I really like the way the pencil glides on and lasts all day. It's very difficult to sharpen without wasting a lot of the pencil. Tried a couple different sharpeners.

Great gel pencil
These are absolutely wonderful. I love the beautiful lancome packaging and wonderful pigmented stay put formula. The colors to choose from are so chic and not easy to dupe. These do go on sale so id suggest waiting for a sale but these are absolutely worth it. I own 2 and love them!
