It makes quick work of longwearing foundation and eye makeup, including waterproof eyeliner and mascara. New eye liner pencil
I don't know why companies try to change an excellent product. I've used the refillable eye & lip pencils for 20 yrs. now they are not refillable or self sharpening. They tend to dry out between uses & then you have to sharpen them to draw a good line around your eyes. It works well & has great stay...

I love this liner. I've never found one that goes on so effortlessly and cleanly. It lasts all day and removes easily when I'm ready. My complaint is that the liner keeps falling out of the pen. Every time I use it I have to put it back in. It has broken a few times when I wasn't quick enough to catch it. I'm down to just a nub of liner in no time at all. Very satisfied with the results but not satisfied with having to replace a "luxury priced" eye liner so quickly.
Excellent eyeliner
I have been using this eyeliner for years. It is by far the best! It stays on all day, and I l love that it goes in and out like a mechanical pencil/crayon.

For me, this eyeliner lasts a super long time, and it takes some elbow grease with my makeup wipes to get off. It stays on throughout the whole day and doesn't smudge! 9/10 recommend!
