Product was able to heat quickly and give body to flat hair.

First, I received this Conair Double Ceramic 1 inch barrel curling iron from Viewpoints Sampling. Even though I got a free sample, I will be absolutely honest in my review. Effective but not the best

I bought this because it had very positive reviews and also very inexpensive. I didn't think it worthwhile to spend up to $70-100 on a curling iron. That may have been a mistake since I do use one everyday. As you notice, I have short cord as a pro and a con. Depends on what you like. I can...

I know this was one of the least expensive curling irons but I love it! It's easy to handle even in the hard to reach areas. I also like the temperature dial for the heat settings. It does everything the much more expensive iron do.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

Screws in it catch your hair and tear it out, I'm throwing it away, you get what you pay for I guess

NOT SO GOOD

The surface of the grip that is to secure the hair in place is too slick--there is no "grabbing" that secures the ends of one's hair. Therefore it takes a constant repositioing and recurling effort to try to eliminate the resulting frazzled ends.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

I used to use curling wands on my hair and it never turned our right! I bought this and my hair has never looked better!!! I have thick and very curly hair. I have 3b-4a curls (i have a mixture of the three). I usually have to straighten my hair in order to curl it, but i did not have to do that with this curling iron!
