Could be Better
I use to use this eyeliner religiously when i was a teenager and it use to be so good. They must have changed the formula or something because right now it gets clumpy the minute it hits the air and the makes it very hard to apply since it dries down quickly giving you thick wing.
long lasting
never tried this brand. but I was looking for a good eyeliner that would last. I bought other brands. but this one is soon good. I have to buy ot again. it supper black. last a long time. supper impressed.
My new eyeliner
Just like many people, i was a hardcore milani fan. And after tons of eyeliners, this is my top. It does dry out eventually, but milani had the same issue. Yes, buy it!

I've used this eyeliner for years. It is the best liner in terms of being waterproof and easy to use. Very easy to remove with Kiko remover.
