So the product works like this, wet your face, lather the cream, wash your face, then rinse. So it takes a little work, rather then other ones that melt makeup off. It doesn't work on waterproof makeup, due to it not being a oil cleanser. After you wash your face you get a grip on your face, so I wouldn't recommend touching your face for a little XD. It gets the makeup off though, and it doesn't hurt my skin.
