As others have commented, this shampoo is very drying. I noticed my hair felt dry (not stripped; but dry) after the very first wash. But, I have to be honest, my curls looked amazing! A pretty light and simple shampoo. Didn't do much for my 2A waves but it's a perfectly adequate shampoo for what it is. It lathers easily and cleans your hair well without feeling squeaky or heavy. Maybe it does more for tighter curl patterns.

Best sulphate free shampoo there is. This is the only shampoo I've ever used that feels so hydrating and cleansing at the same time. It isn't too harsh on the scalp (even if you scrub) and makes your hair feel like you're washing out conditioner! That's how hydrating it feels. Keeps oil under control on the scalp for a long long time too which is always a plus because I don't wash my hair very often due to my curly hair being crazy. If you have thin or even thick hair and need a good cleanser, this shampoo is awesome for curls.

I've had this product for months now. I use it on my twin daughters with curly hair and it has completely broken and dried out their hair. Their curls are just a big ball of frizz and their hair feels so dry and literally feels like hay. I waited to see if it was just the change of shampoo and conditioner that had this effect on their hair. Unfortunately, it's just gotten worse and worse I do not recommend this at all.
