Apply onto clean, dry under eye area.
Repeat on other side.

Still searching for the best patches :(
I saw the reviews and was hoping these would be the best hydrating eye patches. Unfortunately they're not for me. My under eyes seem more tired and dried out after using them. I don't even think I'll finish the container.
Worth it
They actually stay on, great for relaxing for to brighten up my under eye. To me the price is good because it comes with so many pairs and I use them often.
