- For soft, beachy waves make sure the size of your section is no larger than the width of the barrel.
- Make styling easy by splitting your hair into sections and curling one side at a time.
- Wrap hair around barrel, making sure to not overlap hair.
- Hold for 5-8 seconds, depending on your hair type.
- For a sleek, glamorous look; curl all sections of hair in the same direction.
- For a more volumized look; alternate wrapping sections of hair towards and away from the face to create curls that bounce off each other. Use a detangling comb to soften your curls.

- Verified Reply - Brand ExpertBoth wands have the same exact technology. The classic wave wand is an oval shaped barrel which will allow you to create big bouncy, glamorous waves. This wand is great for longer hair an is 1.5 inches by 1 inch wide. The creative curl wand has a tapered barrel that is great for creating soft beachy curls and is good for medium to long length hair. Not sure why I got an email to review when I returned the item. Very disappointed, did not curl well and curl did not hold. Also have it a strange line probably because of the shape. My T3 and Nume wands do a much better job

The best curling wand I have ever tried period. I was initially a bit skeptical about the temperature locked at 365F since I have extra long, thick curly hair. I brought this wand about 2 weeks ago now. I curl my hair probably more than you should at least 4 days a week. I have thin hair and my curls don't last long. But with this wand they last me all day and the next day I'm just touching up. Best part is that my hair doesn't smell burnt!!! My other wand was leaving my hair smell burnt which was an awful smell. .. This wand heats up so quickly, like I'm talking 3 seconds, it also makes the cutest sounds when you turn it off/on and when it's ready for use. In my opinion this is definitely worth the price so far!
