Smooth on a thick, even layer to cover hair. Wash your hands immediately after applying. Leave cream on for 5 minutes. Check a small area for hair removal. If your hair is thick, you may need more time. (Don't leave on longer than 10 minutes.) Gently wipe off the cream and hair with a damp washcloth. Don't rub. Once all hair has been removed, rinse skin thoroughly with lukewarm water. Pat dry.

Do you necessarily have to wash off in circular motion with washcloth or can l just pat off because l have sensitive skin?

Don't try to do this in a rush. I recommend prior to using for best results: wash your face with a moisturizing face wash, GENTLY exfoliate (areas you're using the Nair), and last- keep a lukewarm cloth for a few minutes over the areas you plan on using the cream (to soften to hair). Last night I used this product for the first time on my cheeks, upper lip and chin areas. I left it on for the prescribed time and when I wiped it off I started getting a burning sensation only on my chin. I washed my face but the burning sensation continued and the skin felt red and raised. I put some moisturiser on to try and soothe it but it was getting quite painful and irritated. This morning it still feels irritated and sore and red. I'm panicking that I've done some real damage to my skin. Avoid this product at all costs!

I bought this product because let's face it nobody likes chin hairs.I used it and didnt have it on for long maybe 2 -3 minutes. It started to burn a little. I immediately wash it off and had a large area turn red and felt like the skin had been burned . I have used Nair products before and never had this issue. I used this product and now I have what feels and looks it could belike a chemical burn .Please dont use this cream. Save your self the trouble and pain

I bought the sensitive skin with aloe. Applied as directed but had to remove within 2 minutes. I'm left with chemical burns and guess what, the hair is still there living healthily on my burned up chin.
