Most Helpful Positive Review Yes I would buy this again I used this product with my own wax warmer that I have at home. It melts so pretty together. PROS: The wax is great for thick hair! It waxed my armpits perfectly with one pull. Left a FEW hairs, but trust me I'm HAIRY, those few hairs didn't bother me. I was able to go over it again with no problem. Worked great on my bikini area, thighs, and legs too. CONS: I would love to give this 5 stars but didn't because this wax missed out on 2 things for me. 1. It's not for sensitive skin. I have extremely sensitive skin. So I was only able to handle waxing one leg. I started breaking out into hives when I waxed the first leg. Don't get me wrong, it pulled the hair like a dream, but hurt so bad. So to be safe, I didn't wax the other leg (I shaved it instead). 2. It doesn't work for my eyebrows. Each time I applied the wax to my brows the consistency would change. It would turn into a play dough like consistency. Not sure what was going on? It wouldn't even grab onto my brows hair. It would just get super soft and come off. Wish it worked on my brows. Other than those 2 cons, I think the PROS make it worth buying again. Hope this helps!
Most Helpful Critical Review Legs, underarms, brows, cha cha Legs: Wakse worked excellent for my thick hair but didn't pick up thin hair even though it was all the same length. I went over thin hair 3-5 times, still there. Pro: I could go over an area 3-5 times with no irritation. This led me to the conclusion that Waxse is kinder to sensitive skin than the Sally Henson soft wax I have used in the past that makes my skin raw if I go over an area more than twice. Con: I used the applicator that was included and it took me at least an hour to do lower legs. If I had to do it again, I would buy the wooden applicators.
Would I use Waxse again for legs?
No. If you have an entire day and loads of energy, then sure. But one Sunday was enough time spent and thin hairs remained meaning for me I would still need to shave to have the smoothest legs. My goal is to cut down on time spent removing leg hair so I am going straight back to laser hair removal as soon as possible for legs.
Under arms: Excellent. No issues. Done in under five minutes. No stray hairs. Odd because my underarms hairs are thin. I thought since Waxse didn't work on my thin leg hair, it wouldn't work in underarms but it did. Perfectly.
Would I use Waxse again for underarms?
Yes. Would recommend if this was all you are using it for.
Brows: I did brows after legs. I was tired and the wax was already getting all over the cup. If you are doing multiple areas, start with brows. You want to have the focus to do brows right. Some irritation but less than when I used Sally Hanson soft wax.
Would I use Waxse again for brows?
If the alternatives are Sally Hanson soft wax, a bad $10 threading job, or a decent $22 professional wax, then Waxse wins.
Brazilian: Not worth it. I have high pain tolerance and routinely fall asleep during Brazilian waxes but pain is not the issue. It's not worth the trouble, time and possible damage that you go through.
Would you use Waxse again for Brazilian?
Bikini? Sure, go for it. Brazilian? No. Pay the professional unless you are the professional.

I cannot say enough good things about this product. I have really thick, coarse, practically man-like stubborn chin hair that just doesn't want to go away no matter what. I went to salons where I paid an arm and leg some of whom couldn't really do it well, I tried waxing strips. Nothing worked nearly as well as this product! I tried this on the recommendation of the store employee and so glad I did. It was easy to use, easy to clean up, and painless. When I peeled it off my chin, nearly all the hair came off in a fell swoop. I first did a small test, but after that success, it was all off in 2 applications. And cleanup is easy- just let it cool and it pops right off the bendable Wakse warmer. I am so happy!
Painful, doesn't get all the hair 1

Used it on my legs and armpits. Had to go over multiple times to only get some of the hair. It hardens really fast and if you let it harden its extremely painful to remove.
Finally! 5

I have been wanting to try self waxing for so long but the idea of a large pot that needs to heat up seems like too much for me. I love the ease of just microwaving them, and no paper strips? Sold. The first time waxing my armpits hurt most but now I'm a pro and can be done in minutes. Even started doing my own bikini line. It takes a few sessions to build a good tolerance for pain but it's not too bad, coming from someone with a relatively low tolerance. Just let it cool enough to peel off. Don't wait more than a couple of minutes or it gets too hard.
i love it! 5

it rips off a lot of hair compared to the last wax beads i had. it's also a pretty color lol. the only downside i would say is that it's a little hard to rip but overall, it's pretty good.
Eh the consistency is very weird and doesn't dry quick 2

Hated it !
It worked… until it didn't 3

This wax is ok, if you want to wax your arms and legs it's perfect. It goes on nicely, hardens, gets all the hair, and is relatively painless.
But as soon as you try to use it on your armpits or bikini line it just is not good.
It refuses to harden on these areas, comes off in gummy pieces and leaves a lot of wax bits behind. I've resorted to hardening it with ice cubes when I wax my armpits 🤦🏼♀️
Smell is not my favorite, it smells like cheap plastic.
It works! 4

I wouldn't say I have thick hair...so it had no problem getting all of it in one strip. It was painless and gentle on my skin. I don't like scented products and I only bought this cause I didn't have time to order what I normally do. Scented products do leave my skin more irritated. A little tea tree oil after use should fix that! Would recommend
Great wax 5

This is a really great wax option. I found it works better on coarse hairs, but it still works well on finer hairs. The pink and blue beans turn to a gorgeous shimmery purple when melted. Highly recommend!
no. just no. 2

it worked on fine thin hair mostly like my legs and arms. bikini area was thicker and coarser and it was so painful, stuck to the hair/skin. i had to use scissors to try and cut it off it was a mess left a lot on my skin after removal. cheap wax
Don't waste your money 1
Not worth it from Fl
I was waxing a family friend and the night before realized I was out of wax. I ran to Ulta to grab some wax beads. I saw this brand and thought I'd try it. The wax barely got any hairs… it was ridiculous. I had to stop in the middle of it and use soft wax because the pain wasn't worth it for her. Not to mention, this is pretty much only enough for two legs.
Painless 4

Loveee the colors turns into a lavender, beads melts smoothly and is honestly painless only downfall is it's a bit prices for the quantity
Yes I would buy this again 4

Barely waxed anything 1
Alex from Michigan
I did a few trial strips on my legs before doing my bikini line and I kid you not, only 5 hairs came out. When I tried it on my bikini line, out of the 4 strips I did none took all of the hair. I'm a first time waxed and I followed the YouTube videos instructions and it just doesn't work. Very painful and not worth the money.
Will definitely be purchasing more.... 5

Easy to use no strip needed and above all takes care of coarse and thick hairs! I'm ordering more now 😁
Painful wax 3
Wax from Nj
Was really pain ful type of wax , had to go over multiple time over to pull of hair. Still had hair left over on the Brazilian wax
Doesnt work ! 1
Sam from Nj
Wasted so much wax trying to use it on my legs. The wax picked nothing up and left me covered in red bumps that burn. I followed their steps based on their YouTube video and I got maybe 4 hairs off from my leg. Not worth the money or time.
Fairly simple and easy cleanup 4

I found it worked wonderfully for waxing my whole face. I only needed about two tablespoons of beads and used it with the wakse silicon microwaveable cup. It doesn't smell like cotton candy at all though and the wax can get a little stringy and sticky when in between temperatures. For a fist time at home water though this did the trick! Excited to try in other areas.
Love it! 5

I've been using this wax for a while now and I absolutely love it! I have extremely sensitive skin and this is the only wax that doesn't break me out and it's effective on my coarse and stubborn hairs. 10/10 recommend it
A good in-between 5
Blackcatmom96 from Colorado
I'm an experienced at-home waxer and have been doing my own pits and bikini line for several years. Sugaring has always been comfortable but ineffective. The bliss hard wax works but it's painful. I used that anyway because it was the best for me. Until this! It's a softer texture so it doesn't hurt as badly, but it's still incredibly effective at getting all the hair. I also love that i can buy wax separately and not have to get a new container every time. That was so wasteful.
Pretty good 4

It did its job but hurt very bad getting it off
Would not buy again 2
Brittany from Sioux Falls, SD
The only good thing about this product is that it didn't hurt. But I assume that's because it didn't pick up much hair. I had to go over it again and again to finally see noticeable changes. And when I went to grab the wax, it would just break.
So worth it! 5

I've been using drugstore wax kits for years and decided to finally splurge on this and the melting pot and OMG, never going back. The wax beads melt quickly in the melting pot and the wax glides on like butter... and the essential oils soothe the skin and I don't have any irritation after waxing like I did before. Will buy forever going forward!
Would defend purchasing more. 5
Sara from Orlando, fl
There's a learning curve especially if you have used hard wax before but it's definitely worth the results! I used this on my underarm and with one pass it took care of everything and it's been 3 weeks since the last time I waxed the hairs so much thinner. Ordering more!!
Game changer! 5
Lisa from Los Angeles
I have really sensitive skin and my skin used to breakout so bad with the old wax that I used to use but not with this wax and skin felt that babies bottom smooth! It was so easy to use as well since there's no need to apply strips. 10/10 I recommend

All of the cons I've experienced and I use it as advised.
1. Wax snaps when you go to pull it
2. Barely grabs hair
3. Left me covered in tiny red bumps
