I ordered this and the shampoo online. The shampoo came sealed but the conditioner did not and it is only about 3/4 full. Is this normal? Should the conditioner have been sealed as well?

Ordered it at first and loved the product so much so decided to order two more. Both bottles came very watery. You have to use 3 times more conditioner than before. I think they changed the formula. Won't buy again.

After using the purple shampoo, I use this conditioner to make my hair very smooth and lustrous. My hair is naturally curly, grey, and blonde-colored. My water turns my hair orange, and this is really beneficial!
