Apply pin-dot amounts of concealer in the shape of an upside down triangle starting at the inner corner of eye and blend with fingers or sponge. Repeat until desired coverage is achieved. Dot concealer directly onto blemishes, redness, broken capillaries, sun damage, brown spots, and uneven skin tone, then blend.

I actually don't use this brush for intended purpose. I use this as a nail polish cuticle clean up brush and also to create freehand french tips. This brush is really effective for that. It can handle acetone without shedding, the bristles don't stain with nail polish color. I wish It had a few more...

Wouldn't recommend this brush for purchase. A finger tip does a far better job. Not worth the [$] it retails for. Waste more product than it places.
