With clean hands, insert one suppository into your vagina at bedtime. Use once every 2 - 3 nights as needed, to support comfortable vaginal moisture. Expect some discharge throughout the night (we like wearing a thin pad to protect our undies). You should always insert after you have fully emptied your bladder, especially after sexual intercourse. It is not recommended to use directly before sex as oils could potentially interfere with latex condoms.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place or refrigerate. Product may soften during shipping. If needed, place carton with the tapered top of the ovule pointed upward in refrigerator for 1 hour upon arrival.
