Advance tip to desired length by twisting body of pencil. Apply along lash line starting from inner corner of eye working outwards. To sharpen, pull out sharpener from end of pencil. Insert tip of pencil in sharpener and turn gently.
Precautions: Always treat applicator with the same sanitary care you give your eyes. Reserve it for your personal use. Cap tightly after use. Do not dilute product with any additive. Do not use any eye cosmetic if your eye is injured, irritated or infected. Consult an eye doctor immediately in case of injury.

Did you change the packaging where all the caps are black? Now it's impossible to determine which color is which. Dumb idea.

the product is very good, the only thing is i need to keep sharpening it with the included sharpener. the sharpener works well for only a few uses, then it starts to stop working and the tip of the eyeliner breaks inside of the sharpener. no matter i clean it out, the sharpener still doesn't work. how do i fix this??

Disappointed
Have used this eyeliner for several years with great results but the last one I bought broke as soon as I opened it and twice more, feels much softer than usual and messy to use.

Easy to make a wing
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] The tip is very precise and I love the navy blue black color. Gives my brown eyes a nice pop. Don't understand the purpose of blender though because I don't think it's needed. Used for a festival and it stayed on for almost 5-6 hours
An amazing eyeliner
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I am absolutely in love with this Navy eyeliner from Revlon. The eyeliner applies smoothly and evenly and lasts all day. I can't wait to try additional shades in the ColorStay line.
Crazy staying power
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This eyeliner is no joke when it comes to staying put! The color payoff is great; the white is pretty pigmented and shows up well on my skin. The description mentions a "smooth, creamy glide," and while it does go on, I found it a little waxy and chalky in texture, so it took a little bit of effort to get a solid, even line. It's not the smoothest application I've ever experienced, but once it's on, it's ON. And I mean that literally. This eyeliner is waterproof, transfer-proof, and basically life-proof. It is EXTREMELY hard to remove, which is a testament to its long-lasting power. I tried washing it off with my regular cleanser, and it barely budged. You will absolutely need a dedicated waterproof makeup remover, an oil-based one, to get this off at the end of the day. This would be the perfect eyeliner for a day at the waterpark or a long, sweaty concert—it's not going anywhere. The staying power is seriously impressive. Given the price point, the quality is what I would expect. It's not a luxury formula, but it delivers on its promise of being long-wearing and waterproof. So, if you're looking for a budget-friendly eyeliner that will survive anything, this is it! Just be prepared to put in the work to take it off.

A good white for the waterline
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] The packaging isn't the best but you can never go wrong with a white pencil! It makes your eyes pop when you need that quick little something. I usually have a problem with my waterline getting all messy but this ones stays put!
