After using the stick a few times it broke of. I bought a new one and although I was extra careful it still broke off. This is really a pity because I like the concept, the texture and the color. But it's also expensive having to by a knew one very 3 weeks.

I used the eye shadow stick for a couple of days and was liking it a lot. Then the next time I opened it, the crayon had broken off and it was completely unusable. I had not tried sharpening it or done anything to cause it to break. Is it just too soft? Or did I receive a damaged one?

The moonstone color, which I received as a Jane Iredale promotion with purchase, works well as an under the eyebrow highlighter. The rose color, which I purchased on my own (and later returned) turned into a dull and muddy color on my eyelids, I believe that there are better eyeshadow options out there offering more clear, distinct,and flattering colors. I wish that Jane Iredale would bring back many of their selection of single powdered eye shadow colors.
