I received Neutrogena Collagen Bank 15% Vitamin C Serum in exchange of my honest opinion. It comes with a dropper dispenser, just a few drops are enough for your entire face. The product has good spreadability and works well. I didn't see any noteworthy changes on my skin in 4 weeks. One major con for me was the smell. It smells of fish for the first few seconds you apply it which later fades away.

I have been using the Neutrogena Vitamin C serum every night after cleansing and I've been loving it. The patented micro-peptide technology works to improve collagen levels while evening out your skin tone. But be sure to use it with SPF!

Overall this product was nice, but I'm not exactly sure how effective is was after using continuously for the last couple weeks. The serum itself was nice quality. It melted into my skin pretty quickly without a stickiness or film that some serums do. There wasn't a smell and it wasn't too oily. Not sure if it would make it into my daily routine after this bottle, but I will continue to use and see if I notice any results.

I was gifted Neutrogena Collagen Bank 15% Vitamin C serum in exchange for my honest review. I tested it for 4 weeks and thought it was a good serum. It goes on smoothly and feels lightweight, but still gives my skin a nice glow. I've noticed my skin looks a little brighter and more even in the mornings. It doesn't feel sticky and layers well with my other products. I am not a huge fan of the scent. It is citrusy, but smells old, as if I got an older batch of the serum. I'm big on scent so likely would not purchase this on my own.
