New formula is a flop!!
I absolutely loved the old formula for this product. When Ulta rebranded their own beauty line, they must've chnaged the formula of this product. This product is thick and sticky, and easily flakes once dry. The old formula was thinner and more clear…and I never had a problem with flakes.
A good brow gel
This brow gel works as it should, doesn't feel sticky or gross when on, and when it dries it doesn't crust or harden like others do.

doesn't hold well & it irritated my eyebrows, had an allergic reaction and only used it for two days. do not recommend!!

This leaves a white residue on my brows, and it's hard to actually get the residue off. Not worth it.
