I got this product as a complimentary gift– love that! It went on very easily, did not take long to dry, stayed all day. New formula is a flop!!
I absolutely loved the old formula for this product. When Ulta rebranded their own beauty line, they must've chnaged the formula of this product. This product is thick and sticky, and easily flakes once dry. The old formula was thinner and more clear…and I never had a problem with flakes.
A good brow gel
This brow gel works as it should, doesn't feel sticky or gross when on, and when it dries it doesn't crust or harden like others do.
