good for my purposes
I like this cleansing balm, but don't think it's for everyone. I wear pretty light makeup most days, which it can handle washing off, but one day I wore heavier eyeliner and it took a lot more effort to remove that. So I think there are better cleansing balms and oils if you regularly wear heavier makeup. This did also leave a film, but I double cleanse, and the second cleanse took care of it. But I would not recommend using this by itself as your only cleanser. My skin is dry and sensitive and this was non-irritating and non-drying.
Tacky
This cleansing balm leaves residue after washing it off with water. I have to use a second cleanser to remove that tacky film. I like the packaging.

I love this cleansing balm! The texture is amazing and glides onto your skin melting away anything in its path, when you add water it transforms to a gentle creamy cleanser that washes away clean. I also love that it is in a tube! No digging your fingers into a jar....

My favorite product from the line. Feels high end and luxurious . This is really great to use on light makeup days or double cleanse . After a morning workout this is really great to use solo also as it doesn't strip and lives it hydrating .
