Step 1: Rinse and Apply Cleanser-Rinse face with warm water and gently rub in cleanser.
Step 2: Wet and Power on Device-Rinse clean under water and power on device. We recommend modes 1 and 2 for optimum cleansing results.
Step 3: Smart Cleansing-Move brush head in circular motions, cleansing entire face. It is safe to spend more time in areas that may be of a personal concern.
Step 4: Rinse and Pat Dry-Rinse face and clean of any excess cleanser then pat dry.
Step 5: Massaging-Press the button on the back side to use ActiveWarmth. We recommend using mode 3 or 4 for massaging. Use the massager daily for anti-aging benefits.

Gets Moldy after a year

I purchased this in Sept of 2022. Disappointingly, within the past 4 months or so it has started to get mold on the scrubbing head that I have to clean off every few weeks. It also gets mold under the lip of the scrubbing head that has to be cleaned under. This is annoying and unexpected when it was advertised as an "anti-microbial" cleaning head. With the price you are paying I'd think it would last longer at the very least!

I love this device. My skin is already looking better after using for about 2 weeks. I love the massage settings and the rose quartz with warming mode feels so nice. It's helping to diminish the blackheads on my nose my pores look smaller too. I would definitely recommend to everyone!
Such A Waste
Just over a month into having this brush, Ulta sent me a replacement because to my surprise, the silicone on the rose quartz side came unglued? Which means water and product are getting inside the device and if I kept using it, the entire thing would have become unglued. It basically did so I stopped and called. Less than 4 months after receiving my replacement, the exact same thing had happened!! It's unglued itself! Ulta will not send me another replacement or do anything for me because I'm outside the return window. I wasted my money on this. I'm shocked at how low quality this is for such an expensive product. It was a treat to myself. I did not think it would happen again. I chalked the first one up to maybe it just was not made properly? I will say that I do absolutely love this brush. I use it every day. Massaging my skincare with the warm rose quartz has become something I look forward to and I enjoy doing it. After 2 devices coming apart this quickly, I just cannot condone spending money on another PMD Device. It works wonderfully at first but this brand is obviously producing really low quality products. To get no more than 4 months out of this at its price tag is unbelievable and I'm upset. It hurts to have to throw this in the garbage. I am going to buy the Michael Todd version when I can
