Perfect Summertime Holy Grail!

I am a beauty enthusiast who is Latina and African American and has sensitive but extremely dry skin. I like to have a variety of products on hand at any moment and am seen as a tastemaker by my loved ones who often look to me for product advice, reviews and recommendations. Upon unboxing the Hempz ...Vitamin C Herbal Body Serum in Citrus Blossom, I was immediately in love with the bright yellow vibrant packaging of the product that screams summertime holy grail! I had a hard time getting off the protective plastic casing as I'm wearing a set of false nails but once I was able to crack through the seal, I was engulfed in a refreshing citrus aroma that radiated from the plastic bottle as I tried to screw and unscrew the lid to align the easy to use pump with the center of the text - I was unsuccessful but my OCD let it go. I found the packaging to be very accessible and that it emits the perfect dose of a dime sized amount of product that can cover a surface area as large as the back of the palm to the tip of the elbow and completely moisturize and hydrate the dry and dull skin. This product has an excellent texture and doesn't leave you feeling greasy like the competition often does. This product is so soothing when you use it as your moisturizer after getting out of the shower. This product makes your skin as soft as a baby and smells so intoxicating and delicious - it smells just like a fresh orange being peeled. I can't wait to see how much brighter and how much more youthful my skin looks after using this product consistently for a few weeks. This product is also perfect for the summertime to keep in your bag when you're poolside - it does a great job at hydrating your skin after it is exposed to harsh sun rays and chlorine. This product is extremely accessible for anyone to use as the lid is easy to remove and get product out of the container if you have dexterity issues as I do. In order to efficiently use the product and not end up with a bunch of excess being released from the packaging and wasted, I recommend starting with one pump of the product, rubbing it in completely and then following up with an additional singular pump and rubbing that in, and adding on layers and new coats in that manner. I've never used a hemp seed oil based product before trying this herbal body serum, and now I can't see myself ever not using this body serum to lock in moisture for my extremely dry and damaged hands and skin. This was also my first time trying a product from the Hempz brand, but my family has been purchasing products from the brand for almost two decades as my little brother (African American) loves the lotion and swears by the products offered from the brand Hempz. I had frostbite as a young child who refused to wear winter gloves living outside of Los Angeles for the time in my life into a tundra climate, so my hands get incredibly dried out and flaky during the winter and summer months - especially since I've moved to the high desert area and the climate has raised about fifteen degrees from where I previously lived in Los Angeles. I will be buying a travel sized container to package this product up for my travels and day trips into the city so that I can always have a little bit of the product on my person. I can't wait to share the beauty and glory of this product with my family and friends who will no doubt be purchasing this product. I find that the aroma and fragrance of the product are very long lasting and strong, but not too overbearing to the point of irritating those with sensitive respiratory systems like my mother has which makes her overly sensitive and cautious of new fragrances and aromas near her. I will be sharing this product with my friends of color especially as I find this product to be very inclusive and thrive when used on melanin rich skin tones and textures. However, I think that this product is equally as helpful and nourishing to my caucasian friends as well! I would absolutely love a small squeeze bottle lotion version of this product or a syringe based bottle of the product to bring with me to the pool during the summertime to avoid the entire bottle being overheated and the oils with the fragrance aren't disturbed. This product surprised me with how high quality it is and there is a lot of the product in the package especially knowing that you only need 2-4 pumps depending on how much surface area you plan to be covering with the product. 9/10!
