I love this balm. I love how it sits on my lips and also this stays overnight. my lip is not dry in a morning. I bought two. I will buy this again. probably this gonna be my staple.
Grew mold after 1 month
When I first got this lip balm I was so happy with it, I was looking for something fragrance free and they feel amazing on the lips, I got two in the holiday set but both of mine started to grow tons of black mold on the applicator less than a month after opening, I am so disappointed! I've never had this issue with other lip balms. 😭
Caution Sensitive Skin
I was drawn to this as a person with sensitive skin as their products are made for sensitive skin. After one use my lips started to burn, become bright red, have blisters on them. I won't be using this line again.
Cherry cola tastes disgusting
I don't think cherry scented hairspray exists but now I know what it tastes like, and that's the olipop cherry cola balm. Formula feels nice and the color is pretty (although it's more of a orange/brick red than cherry red), and the scent itself is okay if you like cherry candy, but the taste!! It's unbearable to me. Even if you don't lick your lips you can still taste it and it's so chemicaly and gross. But I would love to see them come out with a red shade in their unscented formula!
Great but…
I love the formila and smell of this peoducr as well as the colors. I got the strabwerry vanilla and cream soda olipop ones. I was so excited because I'm an olipop lover and a lip gloss/balm lover and was down to try a brand i havent yet. I was really mostly disappointed in the applicator or the part that goes on the lips. It is so oddly shaped it doesnt spread right or evenly. I HAVE to apply it in front of a mirror and always have to wipe some excess off my skin because it doesnt apply nicely. Ive never had the issue with Laneige or ITK lip glosses and balms. Sometimes simple is better. We dont need a fancy or odd shaped applicator. It just doesnt work easily.
