 Can't Stop Won't Stop All Day Mattifying Powder

My skin type is combo to mostly oily. I use "combo" loosely as I do have dry spots, but I am way more oily. I wore my usual full glam, medium-full coverage makeup (with grip primer and mattifying primer used beforehand) to test this product for roughly 8-9 hours (from around 11am-8pm) for Father's D...ay festivities. I live in Florida and lately it has been extremely hot and humid, so I really put this powder to the test. No touch ups were done throughout the day. Upon application with a powder brush, I didn't really notice a brightening effect, but I also tried applying with a puff and then started to see a difference. It is a lightweight powder and leaves the skin a nice matte finish - not dry looking at all. Around the 4 hour mark some shine started to peak through, but honestly with me that is expected. I personally don't think there is a product out there that can completely eliminate shine, just control it. This powder seems to be advertised as an all day matte finish though which did not occur for me. That being said, I definitely experienced less shine at the 8-hour mark than I normally would without the powder. I wore a mask to a restaurant and spoke with it on (so more opportunity for the makeup to rub off) and my makeup did not completely transfer to the mask and was still on my face/looked good. There was no separating of foundation on my oiliest areas. What most impressed me was that I poked my face and even slid my finger (gently) across my oily parts, and no foundation was on my finger nor was the foundation disturbed! I'm not sure how well it would hold up on clothes, like if you give someone a hug, but it seems to at least keep your makeup from transferring with the slightest touch. The pictures I have attached are of my makeup at the 8 hour mark. It definitely was shiny, but not grossly so. It could've used a touch up but I didn't feel uncomfortable. Overall, as an oily skinned babe in hot/humid Florida, I think this powder did help me and I will use it again!
