To apply, simply use the attached brush to lightly apply the freckles in small clusters of dots. Leave them on for a few seconds (but don't touch!), then blot with your fingertips to soften the look.

I wanted so badly to like this eyeliner. Everything I've tried from Kimchi has been great (foundation and freckle pen) but this applicator and formula is awful! Comes out too runny so its hard to control, but then when it dries down its thick and difficult take off (except in the corner of my eye which always flakes off). Back to Stila for me...

I received this product in exchange for an honest product review. This is a great fake freckle product. It is very easy to apply. The color looks good on my skin tone. I enjoyed applying the fake freckles and it stayed in place all day. I was very impressed. It removes easy as well when it's time to take it off.
