After cleansing, apply a thick, visible layer of this calming face mask. Leave face mask on for 15 minutes. Rinse with warm water and massage gently in a circular motion. Pat dry with a soft towel. Does this product contain any fragrance? Natural (essential oil) or synthetic?

You may notice a slight scent from the Orange Peel oil or geranium flower oil, both are natural plant essences chosen to help stimulate and heal skin. Very disappointed in the deceptive marketing. This is not a new formula it's an entirely new (and worthless) formula. I have the older one which is like a clear gel with the petals. This new one is garbage. Seeing other reviews that have experienced thesame. Bring back the old formula.

It's good if you're looking for a citrus-scented mask. The smell is bit earthy though so it doesn't feel luxurious at all. It's marketed as providing relief but I would definitely note that it's quite astringent.

Overall it's better, it has a calming effect and if you have redness-prone skin you'll like the calendula ingredient very much, it's very gentle.
