Start by outlining the under arch of the brow, moving toward the tail end, then blend using the spoolie. Outline the upper arch and blend using the spoolie. To add detail and dimension, add hairlike strokes to the front of the brow. With the tip of the pencil, lightly sketch in the same direction as hair's natural growth. Use this technique on sparse areas throughout the brow and blend using the spoolie for a natural finish. Remember that all ABH products are highly pigmented, so little pressure is required when applying.

I only used my brow pencil a few times when the entire pencil came out. I tried to carefully put it back in, but the second time it happened the pencil broke in half. I can no longer use it and am very disappointed. I've purchased many Anastasia products before, from brow to lip and cheek products, so I expected the same quality. Is there a discount or item replacement I can get?

Potential to be great product but cheap material
The pencil and spool work well when they stay intact. I've had to request a replacement Brow Whiz twice in three months because the plastic is so flimsy that the ends of pencil and spool fall loose. Used to be amazing
I've used Brow Wiz for years (probably decades) and I've always loved it! It's been my go-to. But the last 3 have had the same issue: the brush end breaks off almost immediately. The first time, I thought maybe I was too rough. The second time, I figured it was a fluke. But now, after the third time, it's clearly a quality issue with the packaging. I hope the issue is addressed - until then, I need to find an alternative.
