    Q
    Is this waterproof? Thanks

Official Answer By L'Oréal - Brand Engage
Hi there! Thank you for inquiring about our Brow Stylist Kabuki Blender. Though this product is not waterproof, we do have others that are. Feel free to click the link to view waterproof brow products via our website: https://tinyurl.com/2db4f6cy. We hope this helps! Was this answer helpful to you
    Q
Due to a medical problem, I have few to no eyebrow hairs. I tried this product and liked the results but it doesn't stay on. The attached brush actually removed the product from my skin, so I don't use the brush. Even my hair removes the product. If I accidentally touch my eyebrows, the product smudges. How do you keep it on your skin?
    Asked by Debbie
Verified Reply - Brand ExpertHi Debbie! It sounds like our Brow Stylist Kabuki Blender may be to creamy for your skin type. To ensure the product lasts all day, we would recommend checking out our Brow Stylist Frame and Set. This waterproof formula glides onto skin and brow hairs to frame and set your brow look. The makeup designer brush draws in individual hairs, precisely shapes arches, and fills in eyebrows for a naturally defined and styled look that stays put up to 24 hours. We hope this helps! Was this answer helpful to you
    Q
Can this pencil be sharpened and which sharpener to use?
    Asked by debbie
Verified Reply - Brand ExpertHi Debbie! Our Brow Stylist Kabuki Blender can be sharpened with a sharpener like our L'Oreal Dual Sharpener. Was this answer helpful to you
    Q
How do you get more out? It says retractable, but I can't get it to come out
    Asked by rosie
Verified Reply - Brand ExpertHi Rosie! To retract more product, twist from the bottom of the brow stylist. To sharpen point, twist up crayon so there is 1/4" exposed, then use wide opening sharpener to carve a point (just about 1 full turn). To clean brush, use warm water and dry thoroughly. Was this answer helpful to you

Eyebrows Looking Great Thanks to L'Oréal

I have been filling my eyebrows with eyeshadow unsuccessfully until I received L'Oréal's Brow Stylist. I have got to say my eyebrows look better since using this product. With a few light strokes and a little blend, my eyebrows are full and don't have gaps. The only problems I had was that my eyebro...

    Great concept, bad colors

I love everything about this product. It's easy to use, looks natural, quicker than other products I have used in the past, and I would be a total convert to this pencil but sadly the color does not work at all for me. I have the brunette pencil and have medium brown neutral toned hair with my roots...

Way too hard to make it look natural

I was influenced by Frederique Bros to try this brow product and am definitely disappointed. The tip of the product is huge, so you have to be extremely careful using it and even then it looks obvious that you've drawn in your brows. The product comes off in chunks so it's impossible to get consistent pigment application. It smears and smudges easily, so it "travels" throughout the day and needs to be touched up, and the kabuki tip adds no value, it just pushes the chunks around and adds to the messiness. And, like most drugstore eyebrow products, the colors are off. I have dark brown hair and ashy brown eyebrows, I got "dark brunette" and it's a very artificial looking too-dark too-rich brown. I skipped the regular "brunette" color because the reviews say it turns orange after a couple hours. Unless you have super thick eyebrows that perfectly match the limited colors available, and you're just looking to fill in some spots here and there, I would absolutely not recommend this product. If you have sparse and neutral toned eyebrows like me, this will give you very unnatural caterpillar brows that smear and oxidize.

    the tip broke immediately

I tried to use this brow product and the tip broke off after 1 small stroke. I was not pressing very firmly, since it was a new product and I was unsure of the color payoff. I can't recommend this product at all. Very disappointed.
