Wearing suitable gloves, apply to wet hair, lather and rinse well. Leave on 3-5 minutes before rinsing. Follow with Brass Off Conditioner. Use shampoo every other day for neutralization.

Hello, I used Sun In Hair Lightener over a year ago and short story short it turned my hair so brassy. It looked very orangey and when it grew out there was a visible line. I recently got my hair done professionally to get it back to its natural color (cool brown tones) but within a week I saw the color start to fade. Is this shampoo a good option?

I got my hair done 03/29 and my hair turn out good except for two pieces right above my ears, they turned out so brassy and eventually the brassiness went down but now the rest of my hair is turning a little brassy. Is this product going to help that go down and possibly go away?

It's not blue it's PURPLE!
I recently purchased this product and had high hopes but when I applied it to my hair I noticed that the shampoo was PURPLE not BLUE. It ruined my hair color I was so disappointed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
not for black hair.
Was using this to try to get rid of black box hair dye. Not really working. honestly think it's making it darker. Also the warning lable on it kind of freaks me out. there's a warning lable that says before every time you use it, you should do a skin test in case of allergic reaction. Takes up half the bottle. I've only used it twice but after reading that I stopped using it.
Not cruelty free
This company, Matrix, still performs cruel tests on animals including bunnies, rats, dogs and cats. Its 2025 and not worth it to use this shampoo.

Love this product for my maturing hair. Began the grow out for my natural and elegant gray. This product along with conditioner makes my hair shiny, keeps tones from brassing out and super soft.
Terrible product
I used this once and noticed my gray hair immediatlwy after using it. It literally stripped the dye out of my hair. I thought it was the dye so I used it a second time after using Madison Reed dye. The same thing happened. Super didappointed.
