i got sent the wrong size and since the item was fufilled by an ulta beauty partner/ ub marketplace, customer service couldn't do anything about it. all they can offer is a refund once the item is returned other than that the item itself doesn't seem to stand out. i first used this when i was in iceland at the blue lagoon and while the experience was nice, products are definitely overpriced. when i saw that ulta was selling this i still decided to buy it for nostalgia but you can get a better quality product for half the price. if you really are set on getting it, i recommend ordering directly from the blue lagoon website so that if you have any issues, at least they can fix it
