Use a body oil or serum that provides a lot of slip, like Sacheu's Slick Skin Gua Sha Serum! For lymphatic drainage, start from the center of the chest and move the gua sha towards the heart. For the back and larger areas, start from the bottom and move in an upwards direction. For extra pressure, use the smaller ridges and divots on acupressure points. Use 2-3x a week.

Game Changer
I love how the has different shapes: smoothe, pressure point, and a wavy comb-like side. This helps me get the tension and knots on my shoulders and back. Adding this to my routine, i notice a difference in my body truly lymaphatic and fascia massages are a game changer with this tool. I used to use just my hands which i still do! Its just that this tool helps me get into the nots and tension faster and with more pressure.

I love this so much! It is exactly as others describe, very high quality and easy to clean. I think it will last me years if it doesn't rust which I don't think it will. It felt really nice to use and made applying my oils a more satisfying experience. Really good purchase!

Wonderful and easy to use
I've had numerous facial gua sha over the years but finally switched to stainless steel after I chipped yet another jade version. That purchase was such an upgrade that I took a chance on this, my first full-body version. SUCH A GOOD DECISION -- easy to use, well-made (weighted perfectly and no sharp edges), amazing for feet and legs in particular. Sit at a deak all day? This little guy is about to change your life and possibly your shoe size. Treat yourself! (And hey, sauna fans? Gua sha + sauna instead of, or even prior to, dry brush / towel. Get into it.)
Gets my blood flowing
I Gua Sha my body at least twice a week. For slip, I use castor oil or a shaving bar when showering. I noticed my skin tingles more when I do it in the shower. As long as I don't have oil on my hands while holding it, the tool is easy to hold and control. This tool helps with circulation more than my dry brush. I love it!
