Hello, Do you have a video on how to use the "buffer"? I easily removed the first liner but could not remove the 2nd hard plastic liner that blocked the hole. Is it supposed to be removed? Or are we supposed to remove the cap and put it in our hand to put on the face? I have tried everything to get it out but it would not move . Next is a hammer and a nail . I don't think it should be this difficult. I must be missing something. Thanks

You will want to unscrew the applicator tip, squeeze a small amount onto your fingertip, twist the cap back on, using your fingertips apply a small amount to your nose or t-zone, wet the applicator tip and then use it to massage in circular motions until you feel the product heating up, scrub for 15-30 seconds and then rinse off.
